About

Committing to a regular yoga practice is a humbling process that allows us to prosper and live our lives in a gentler, more mindful, accepting and aligned way.

This transformational ancient linage enables us to find gratitude in every day life and invites us to form an intuitive connection with the mind, body and spirit.

Whether you are here for strength, flexibility, stress relief, to delve into yogic philosophy, or just to master a headstand, I welcome you with open arms and hope that whatever your purpose I can aid you on your journey in some way.

I was first introduced to yoga in 2009 during my BA Honours Dance degree. I found linking movement with breath particularly freeing. Whilst having many similarities to dance it bought a very different quality to my life, especially when I began to learn the meaning of yoga.

I’ve completed over 300 hours of training and am qualified in Ashtanga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Elemental Flow, Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga & Massage and Yoga for Sports.

I am incredibly blessed to share this practice as a teacher, though, I will forever be a student of yoga.
